Hello? Where am I?
I woke up in this room, and I have no idea how I got here, or even where I am!
I'm in a room, there are no doors and no windows. Only a light fitting with a single bulb hanging from the ceiling. My head hurts, like I've been asleep for a long time, I'm having a little trouble focusing.
The only things in my room are the bed, this desk and chair and then this pad. I've never seen anything like it before, it folds open with a little keyboard and a screen - this is the only page it brings up. It seems my account has been made for me. PatientH? What? Is that me? I assume thats me! I can't...
Oh god... Help!
Is there anyone there? What do I do?

No, nothing. But my head really hurts, I've not bashed it, I don't think. But it certainly doesn't feel right.
